The warranty shall cover the repair or replacement of the detective product at the discretion of the manufacturer.  The customer shall assume any freight/shipping costs for the product return to the manufacturer.

• Provides 36- month FULL COVERAGE
  • (Manufacturer Defects and Accidental Damage)
    • Examples of Accidental Damage – broken case, cracked Screen, etc.
  • Covers all parts and labor
  • Provides FREE loaner device during repair period

The warranty shall cover the repair or replacement of the detective product at the discretion of the manufacturer.

The warranty shall not be valid, at the discretion of the manufacturer, in the following cases:

• Damage due to improper installation or operation of the device, or installation does not conform to current safety standards
• The utilization of the device does not confirm to the manufacturer User Manual or guidelines
• Any alterations, adjustments, modifications or unauthorized repairs have been carried out by personnel not authorized by the manufacturer
• Improper or lack of routine maintenance as recommended by the manufacturer
• Upon inspection, any evidence that the device has been dropped, abused, improperly handled or subjected to any physical or electrical stress
• The serial number is missing, tampered, altered or no longer clearly legible

MIR-Medical International Research reserves the right to modify the device if required.  A description of any said modifications shall be clearly stated to the customer upon the return of the finished product
